Yorkshire Bootcamps - Evenings
6 week, 12 session indoor fitness bootcamp with bespoke diet plan!
Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm, starting February 25th.
Our bootcamps are 6 week, 12 session fitness bootcamps with diet plan and nutrition advice. Based on the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format these sessions are a mix of bodyweight and CrossFit inspired exercise using kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, powerbags, battle ropes, plyometric boxes and more!
These sessions however are suitable for all regardless of current fitness level or experience as all of the exercises can be adapted to take into account specific ability, injury etc.
Alongside the training we offer a bespoke 21 day diet and eating plan. This is not your generic 'one size fits all' diet or eating plan, this is tailored to your own calorie requirements and has breakfast, lunch , dinner and snacks for 21 days with clear instructions on how to prepare them. It has the nutritional breakdown of each meal and even comes with a ready prepared shopping list!
We also have a private Facebook group (Yorkshire Bootcampers) where members can ask questions, exchange diet tips or menu ideas and generally just help and support each other - and of course there's your free t shirt!
