Join Harriett to practice a dynamic and uplifting style of yoga that will leave you feeling calm and energised. Each week will follow a different theme, but you can always expect a focus on strength, core work, and flexibility, as well as breathing techniques and meditation. Put your busy mind on pause, have some fun, work hard, and move your body!
