Yoga for Climbing - Daisy's Sessions
As climbers, it is always beneficial to develop our flexibility, balance, coordination, core, strength, endurance, breathing and focus, in order to give our best on the wall.
Yoga can be the perfect cross training to develop all of these skills, and aid in reducing the risk of injuries so that you can climb harder and for longer!
We run two sessions each week - Tuesday and Thursday
£8 for Yoga, or £10 for Yoga with Climbing
