Wivenhoe Cookbook Club: Feasts. Take 2
Due to the popular demand, we're running two dates for Sabrina Ghayour's Feasts. This is an all vegetarian menu, so we hope that more of you can make it. Feasts is a celebration of Persian cooking full of vibrant flavours and colours, there are plenty of spicy fiery dishes that pair well with much calmer, gentler flavours. This book is praised for no-fuss, big flavours dishes. Feasts celebrates getting together and enjoying life through sharing food, and this is exactly what we do at the Cookbook Club. If you don't know to expect, prepare for dishes that are built around exciting, daring flavours and a very generous use of harissa, pomegranate molasses and preserved lemons. We can't wait to spring into Spring with this vibrant and light offering.

Format of the event: once you book your ticket, you will be invited to a shared document where you can pick out a dish or dishes that you'd like to bring along. We'll meet at Black Buoy on Thursday, 4th April at 6:30PM to share food and discuss the book. This is not about bringing in the best looking dish, it’s about sharing the food and ideas. All cooking abilities welcome. Don't worry if you don't have the copy of the book, I'll make sure you get a recipe. Please note, that your ticket includes your welcome drink at The Black Buoy.
