Viennoiserie for Beginners Workshop
We will be hosting 3 hands on Viennoiserie Workshops designed to give beginners the knowledge and skills to make beautiful pastries at home.
We will break down the process into simple, easy to follow steps to give you a rounded and knowledgable introduction to Viennoiserie. Giving you the skills and ability to make fantastic pastries at home.
You will learn the fundementals of making pastry by hand, from fermentation, lamination, shaping, proving and baking.
You will make 2 different types of pastries from start to finish, make your own Almond Croissant using one of our ready baked pastries and fill and decorate a Cruffin. You will also be mixing some dough to take home with you and put your new skills into practice. You will be able to take home all the pastries you've made throughout the day and the recipe and note book.
A light breakfast will be provided on arrival where you can meet your fellow bakers and get ready for the day. A hearty seasonal lunch will be served whilst your pastries are proving. Refreshments provided throughout. Please advise us of any allergies when booking so we can ensure you are catered for.

Cancellations - We will not be able to refund cancellations within 7 days of the workshop date.
All workshops can be transferred to someone else if you are no longer able to attend.
If you are unable to attend and wish to cancel your place with 7 days notice or more, your cancellation will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If we are able to re-book your place via the waiting list, we will be able to issue you with a full refund.
