About each speaker:

Ayo is an international public speaker and coach, on a mission to empower young women to feel confident. Her talk will tackle the topics of self-esteem, how to build a sense of positive self-worth, and find your voice on the issues that matter to you!
* PENNY JARRETT - Mental Health Blogger, Youth Mentor and Wellness Coach *
Penny’s talk will discuss her journey with anxiety and ADHD, and the life-changing impact of positive affirmations. Penny’s talk will inspire and uplift all those who have experienced the challenges of anxiety.
*MAYFAIR NGONDONGA- Life and Business Coach *
Through her experience as a business and mindset coach, author and speaker, Mayfair’s session will tackle the topics of achieving professional success, through a candid discussion of money, business, and her experiences as a life coach.
* SHANLEY LEWIS - Self Care Coach *
Shanley is a psychological wellbeing practitioner, self-care coach and founder of Good to Me UK. Her talk will explore practical solutions for self-care, and how to make a self-care plan that works for you, to unlock your potential!
* ASHLEY BANNERMAN - Actress and CBT Therapist *
Ashley is a multi-talented CBT therapist, actress and was recently featured on ‘The Big Picture’ podcast. She will address the topic of fear: in particular, how to prevent your fears from becoming barriers that hold you back.

Norvie is a psychological wellbeing practitioner who has worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds to help them to adapt unhelphul ways of thinking and behaviour patterns in order to achieve their goals and improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.
We’ve tried to make this event as accessible as possible for young people, with a discount for 13-17 year-olds, students, and 18-23 year-olds.
