This class is ideal for anyone wanting to improve their overall wellbeing, with poses and techniques that will improve your overall balance as well as giving you chance to reconnect with yourself.
Our classes promote a relaxed and uplifting self and everyone is welcome whether you're a newcomer or a regular to yoga, so we'd love to see you. All you need to bring is yourself and comfortable clothing to sit in.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We are based at Holmfield Mills, via Windy Bank lane Queensbury side and Shay lane Halifax side, just off Holdsworth road, HX3 6SN. There is ample parking on site in the free car park on the main road.
What can I bring into the event?
You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mats however I do have mats, blocks and straps to use. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and some extra layers for the relaxation sessions
