A Time Travelling Adventure for Young Writers
Bring your young writers along to a time travelling adventure where they'll journey back to Victorian Nottingham and write stories based on what they found!
During this 3-hour creative writing exploration, your budding writings will learn how to write historical fiction tales by using local 19th century artefacts and architecture as writing prompts.
The students will meet at the Writers' Studio and go on a walking tour of the area led by Catherine and Steve, finishing off back at the Studio for a writing exercise.
By the end of the course, the students will have a richer understanding of their local history and how to write historical fiction.
Catherine and Steve are both DBS checked, so you can drop your children off or you can join them - it's up to you!
