Teen Relaxation & Stillness sessions - Bracknell Library
Teenagers can feel the affects of stress and pressure which creates anxiety and other issues.
In these short sessions, techniques are given to help reduce anxiety, sleep better, feel calmer & happier, Improve concentration at school, boost their confidence and manage their emotions better towards themselves & others.
For ages 11-17 years approx.
The sessions start and finish with simple exercises
The sessions will be facilitated by Jackie O'connor who has herself experienced the tremendous benefits of these types of sessions, and is keen to spread it voluntarily so children & teenagers can benefit from an early age.
Parents are invited to stay. ( You can enjoy the session too!)
