Surplus Supper Club is back for a second sitting! Chef, Mark Hill of Street Cleaver will be serving a 3 course feast from surplus food waste
Join Planet Food for our second supper club in partnership with Sharehouse York. Alongside our alternative pay-as-you-feel dining experience, we are launching Make Zero boxes to redistribute surplus food to York residents.
Talented chef, Mark Hill, will join us once again to showcase his 3 course menu created solely from rescued food waste destined for landfill; this time, with a nod to Mexican cuisine.
Also, the Green Bean Project will be serving delicious Direct Trade Coffee. There is a cash bar available with a selection of beer, wine and soft drinks.
