The IPE society is holding its third event of the academic year - 'Substance Misuse'
This event will be made up of interactive stations led by Occupational Therapy students, medical students and we are also lucky enough to have guests from Narcotics Anonymous and a specialist pharmacist in addiction services leading some of our stations! Join us in learning about support systems available and multidisciplinary services.
You will be able to sign up on the night for an annual membership. This will cost £5 and include entrance to all our events this year. There will also be free pizza, certificates of attendance. If you have already paid at the first or second event you won't need to pay again this academic year.
Our events are often very popular, so if you are interested, please email before the 14th of February to reserve your spot to avoid disappointment! Our events are usually filled up in less than 48 hours!
"The IPE society is a pioneering, award-winning, inter-university society across Aberdeen & Robert Gordon Universities. Inter-professional education is a key outcome emphasized by all regulators of healthcare professions. The IPE society promotes inter-professional learning by facilitating opportunities for health care students to come together in a team based and practical setting. All events are student lead and structured to address a specific topic with students from each health care profession leading workshops to explore their profession's role within the scenario."
