​Prepare in the studio perform on the slopes! This class is a must if you are skiing this year. Designed to progressively develop the muscle strength and flexibility needed to maximize your enjoyment from your skiing and help avoid injury, while building cardiovascular fitness. This session is equally as good for anyone wanting a challenging cardio workout and to improve all over body tone using the kettlebells.
