Back by popular demand, this session is for anyone using singing in MusicPlus or KS2 lessons. Discover ways to improve singing in the classroom to support your MusicPlus lessons and vocal ensembles. Explore leadership techniques, learn how to teach new repertoire and how to sing in a healthy way.

Please bring your favourite song or warm up to share with others in the group.

This session will be led by Penelope Manser, a passionate music educator and a specialised vocal animateur. She trained with Spitalfields Festival and developed her choral animateur work in association with Inspiring Music. Amongst others, Penny has worked with BBC Proms, the Royal College of Music and English National Baylis. She regularly teaches in several schools in North East London and is an accomplished and experienced choral leader, currently directing two community choirs. She also has links with the vocal team at Morley College, London.
