A series of workshops - free to anyone with a membership (current class pass).
Different each time, always based around Holistic wellness.
Occasional Fridays at Shanti Bee we will run 'Shanti Fridays' workshops *free to members* or a drop in fee to non-members.
Workshops will go deeper into practices than a class, giving you an opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice.
They will vary from yoga, mindfulness and breath work to gong baths, tarot reading evenings and dance sessions.
Each session will be different. The ones that work and that people want we will re-book.
You must bring your membership card to be able to book onto these sessions. Drop in £10.
Booking is essential as numbers are limited, depending on activity.
