Recall and Lead Work Workshops
Coming when called and walking nicely on the lead, are probably the most requested things we get asked for help with, and lets face it, walking without these two things can make walks a lot less enjoyable.
These workshops are therefore designed to help when recall and relaxed leading walking, are either problematic, or non-existent!
During the workshop we will be finding out what motivates your dog (food, toys, attention, pheasants!!), and we will then help you to harness this to improve your dog’s recall (there’s no point offering steak when hunting rabbits is much more fun)!
We will also introduce fun games to help reinforce your dog’s focus and response to their recall cue, introducing new cues where necessary.
Best of all you can enjoy an hour of fun with your dog and you will come away with real life exercises that you can practice on your walks and at home.
When we have a break from all the fun, we will then help you to teach your dog to walk on a loose lead.
There are several dates for this workshop to enable you to return to increase the difficulty/distractions if required.
Cost: £20 per dog and handler
