About the Workshop

Quality audits highlight whether you’re meeting the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

With so much going on in a service it can be difficult to keep afoot with supervisions, training, and compliance systems etc. That is where good quality audits come into their own, they give you a clear oversight. They allow you to celebrate what you’re doing well and focus on what needs to be improved.

Our quality audits workshop provides participants with an understanding of how to complete quality audits and the importance of this in achieving CQC compliance and for continuous improvement. The workshop will provide an overview of the CQC Regulations with particular focus on the Well-Led KLOE.
