Expecting mothers will be guided through an elegant flow of asanas (postures) & Pranayama (breathing practices) that help alleviate common aliments such as lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, shortness of breath, & more. These practices also prepare the mind and body for birthing. When the times comes to birth your baby, you'll find that you're drawn to use many of the movements, positions, and breathing techniques during your labour.
