Noisepicker, Gunther Prague, High Knucks, You Dirty Blue
Two piece London mutant blues machine Noisepicker are full on insanity. Featuring Armstrong (Hangnail, EOLB) on mouth sounds and riffery, and Murphy on tubthumps, they're like nothing you've seen. 'Peace Off', garnered much acclaim - but if you saw them with Zolle last time, you'll know that it's one thing on record, but a very different beast live.
Noise, punk, garage rock and maybe even a touch of metal. Coventry's Gunther Prague can always be relied upon to test the stability and integrity of your venue. On the verge of dropping their new record, recorded with the one and only Steve Albini, and of course now favoured by Yawning Man after their last visit - if you haven't bore witness to this lot, then you're frankly ridiculous.
5 piece noise punkers (with a pinch of caramelised hardcore) HK have been playing the Coventry scene for a while now - and for good reason. Innovative, fresh and never sticking to the blueprint of what modern punk should be, you should expect masses of energy and a damn good moustache.
We loved watching and hearing Tamworth's YDB support Radio Moscow earlier this year - so much so, that they had to be back sooner rather than later. An alternative rock duo with a penchant for rye whiskey soaked blues. They're an absolute powerhouse and we're thrilled to bring them back.
