Monthly Morning Meditation
Meditation is good for you.
Getting up early and attending a meditation class in the company of others, helps you to feel really good about your life, the people in it and the day ahead.
Starting your day in this way will support your system to feel calm, naturally positive, alert and ready for whatever awaits you.
The monthly morning meditation sessions will begin with warm lemon water on arrival, wakeful movement exercises that will support body awareness, controlled breathing exercises (pranayama) for cleansing and cultivating life force energy, deep and guided meditations for inner peace, simple chanting and loving kindness (maitri bhavana).
There will be time for tea, healthy snack and sharing.
Anna Sadler will guide you in to a deep and nourishing practice of meditation that will support your mind in feeling positive, relaxed, happy and alert.
