It’s for this reason that Mindfulness Bournemouth run weekly mindfulness and spiritual groups on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Southbourne, Bournemouth. We’re a friendly bunch who support each other, practise together, and have some fun in the process!
Group membership is £40 per month and members attend most weeks. Try the group for free for one week and then decide from there whether you’d like to attend regularly. There are a maximum of 8 people in the group.
This group is for people who have some mindfulness or meditation experience. Beginners are invited to visit
