In this 12-hour programme (including 8 different meditation practices) you will learn:
- The key features of sustainable wellbeing
- Your vision of your own flourishing
- The secret key to re-wiring yourself for wellbeing
- The neuroscience of attention and how to cultivate attentional balance
- The Default Mode
This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners or experienced meditators.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
274 stop Charlbert Street,
13, 82, 113 stop opposite Lord’s Cricket ground
46 & 187 stop St John’s Wood tube station
Jubilee Line to St Johns Wood Station, about 10 minutes easy walk.
There is a reasonable amount of parking around the Kailash Centre, most of it on 4 hour meters.
