Mantra - The Power Of Sound Vibration
Mantra is a Sanskrit word derived from two roots: man (meaning “mind” or “to think”) and trai meaning to “protect”, to “free from”.
The practice of mantra meditation is nothing new. Its references are found in many of the world’s contemplative traditions and spiritual practices.
Mantra is said to be an instrument of the mind, which can help you create profound changes in your body and psyche, and produce altered states of consciousness.
What’s so special about repeating a word, anyway? Can repeating some words really have a profound, deep impact in the way we think and feel?
