Living with Ease in your Body: a workshop on how to work with your body and mind, no matter what sort of stresses you are put under to improve physical resilience, achieve calm and wellbeing.
Looking at a variety of yoga and meditation philosophies and practices, exploring how they work, followed by practical experience of restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques) and deep relaxation
Suitable for those with or without experience of yoga and meditation.

Greta Pattison. Greta has been working as a psychotherapist, trainer and yoga teacher for over 20 years. She has held senior therapist status for the past 10 years and has over 10 years of experience working as a manager and leader. Her early career was as a contemporary dance performer and teacher.
Her workshops are founded on an integrated fusion of effective tools to improve mental health and wellbeing, drawing on techniques and philosophies from psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness.
Greta is known for her genuine sincerity, warmth and her dedication to supporting people to enrich the quality of their lives.
