In response to popular request, we've created a knife skills class to help you chop, slice and dice like a professional cook. This two hour class will introduce you to knife techniques you will use in every day cooking. Our expert Chef will show many different types of knives, explain their different use and show you a multitude of cuts. With plenty of practice time in the class, you'll use your chopped ingredients to make some delicious dishes like Minestrone soup, coleslaw etc...
You will leave the class having gained a lot of confidence in handling and using the right knives for the right task and ingredients. Put your new learnt skills into practice at home and enjoy showing off to your guests at your next dinner party!

The themes of our classes are:

Wed 18th April = Fruits & Vegs

Wed 16th May = Chicken

Wed 4th July = Fish
