Kimchi Fermentation Workshop in Dulwich ~ Raw Vegan Recipe
In this small hands-on workshop you will learn the basics and benefits of fermented foods and make your own jar of Kimchi to take home and enjoy. Everything is provided but bring an apron if you like to get messy (this is optional!). You'll take home a 0.5l jar of kimchi. Full instructions provided by email.
The recipe I use in the workshop is raw, vegan and sugar-free.
Price includes a hot drink and toast with hummus and avocado dip provided by Copper Beech cafe. Kimchi available to sample.
Kimchi is probably Korea’s best-known cuisine and is a staple dish. There are many varieties made with different vegetables with the most common type made with Chinese cabbage. Packed with probiotic goodness, it's a great idea to get some fermented foods in your diet as often as you can!
Lorraine is a fermentation enthusiast based in South London and has been running fermentation workshops in the UK and abroad for the past two years.
