Journey to Spring Alignment

Journey to Spring Alignment is a 6 week, 5 session (2 hours per session) experience for up to 9 women commencing 21.03.2020 as Spring begins.
Focusing on seasonal alignment this experience will explore topics including decluttering, cleansing, clearing and maintaining energy through mind and body practices for growth. This experience includes 14 daily journaling prompts between sessions 1 & 2.
Nai Davina is a certified Yoga Teacher and Astrology Consultant (for over 10 years) and founder of Meta Yoga. Nai Davina introduces a technique which combines three ancient sciences - Yoga, Astrology and African Tai Chi (Hudu, moving with the elements). This finely attuned practice will focus on body, mind and space alignment to achieve optimum health and wellbeing, self elevation and self preservation through rhythmic breathwork, postures, and mindful movements.
Each session will include themed discussion, hudu, meditation, affirmation and a healthy smoothie.
Journey to spring alignment will hold a safe, intimate space where women are free to openly express themselves and grow.
There are only 9 places available on this BEE You! Sistas programme. BEE You! Sistas experiences are designed for Black women of the African Diaspora.
Journey to Spring Alignment Sessions
(All 10am -12pm , except 4th April which is 10am - 12.30pm)
- Spring Balance or Alignment (21st March, 1st day of Spring) - Intentions for alignment over the 6 week period. Followed by 14 daily journaling prompts to support and enhance focus on your intention.
- Masculine & Feminine Energy (4th April)- Tapping into both aspects of our energy.
- Decluttering (11th April) - Exploration of Decluttering – the benefits.
- Cleanse & Clear (18th April) - Getting rid of life toxins. Clarity & focus
- Preserving / Maintaining the energy (25th April) - Tapping into feelings to create longevity.
What do I need to bring
You can bring your own yoga mat. However, if you prefer we can provide a yoga mat for you.
An open mind.
5 practical sessions – 1 hour personal development & 1 hour yoga per session
A healthy smoothie at the end of each session
14 daily journaling prompts and guidance between 22nd March and 4th April. There will be weekly journaling prompts for the remainder of Journey to Spring Alignment.
