An introduction to Lego Therapy

To be confident in being able to facilitate and assess a Lego Therapy Group
To be confident in setting appropriate targets and measuring progress after a block of therapy.
We use a combination of coaching and practical activities and will direct you to resources (both paid and free) throughout the afternoon.

Speaker: Julia Hunter (Senior Speech and Language Therapist) and Leighann Farrell (Junior Speech and Language Therapist)
This course will be presented by Speech and Language Therapists, who has a specialist interest in supporting children with Language difficulty. We have a wide range of experience in supporting children with language difficulty in mainstream schools across Manchester. We are passionate about increasing awareness of the long-term impact of Language difficulty and training parents and educational staff to have a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with Language Difficulty.
