Introduction to Aerial Yoga
Come and familiarise yourself with the hammocks in this two hour workshop. Aerial Yoga will improve your balance, muscular strength & flexibility & can help with stress relief.
You will learn various exercises and tricks on & with the hammock. The hammock fully and partially supports your body weight to help you achieve things you never thought you would be able to do plus it's lots of fun!
