Try Hula Hooping!
Hula Hooping is a great fun way to exercise and we are organising these classes to encourage more people to give it a go - you will surprise yourself how quickly you pick it up!!
Come along from 10 to have a go and get some confidence with basic hooping, before diving into a fun hoop zumba class at 10.30. Following that warm up we have hoop skills at 11.45, which will mainly be off body. You'll be surprised just how much you can learn in one class even if you are a total beginner!
After lunch there will be a kids (approx age 8-15) hoop skills class at 1.15 followed by an over 50s hoop fitness class at 2.30. Both of these classes are subject to change depending on how much interest we get in them.
There will be hoops available to buy on the day, and you can pre-order a hoop in advance in your choice of colours/patterns/size if you like.
