HEE QI Conference 2018: Working Together for Improvement; Behaviour Change in the NHS
Join us for the third annual Quality Improvement Conference entitled Working Together for Improvement; Behaviour Change in the NHS. This free conference sets to be a fantastic day with inspiring speakers.
The conference is open to all, welcoming all healthcare professionals regardless of discipline and existing knowledge of Quality Improvement. Patients/service users are also very welcome as their role is essential in improving the ways services are provided in healthcare.
The keynote speech will be followed by interactive workshops, motivational talks and poster presentations.There will be opportunities to learn about Quality Improvement methodology, build on existing experience and discover ways to encourage and sustain patient engagement. The day will explore how to approach behaviour change in improvement projects and the impact of working together for improvement. The importance of workplace wellbeing will be discussed, along with practical ways to achieve it. There will be opportunities to meet like-minded people and share quality improvement journeys.
