All Hands on Deck - Feminist DJ Collective Open Deck Party!
All Hands On Deck is a feminist DJ collective that runs open deck parties for women, trans and non-binary people. Their parties are welcoming spaces where people can try their hands at DJing in a low-pressure, non-judgemental environment.
See you on the d-floor! One of us will be there in a pink baseball cap (Stephen) or look for 2 east Asians (Rae and Anthony) with glasses and varying shaved heads (one in ______, another in a white shirt), we should be easy to find! Come say hi and join us! Officially this runs from 8pm till 2am, but best time to join us may be between 8pm and 10pm, as I m not sure how long we will all end up staying ie if you turn up at, say, midnight, a lot of us from this meetup group may have left at that point, or maybe we ll just be getting started, who knows! But I (Stephen) will be there form 8pm. Join our WhatsApp group for any last minute updates (although please have a look at the rules in the WhatsApp group description after joining):

"We’re back to do what we do best this October with an open deck party at Partisan’s brand new space!!!
If you are a woman, trans or non binary person and you want to come play your tunes, get involved & sign up for your slot here ->
**We have limited slots and it’s not first come first serve as we would like to encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply. This includes people of colour, LGBTQ+ people, people with low income and those with disabilities.**
The party is free but there is a suggested donation of £4 which will go to Partisan Collective, a local venue and community centre that supports social centre that is currently fundraising to make the building accessible
See you on the d-floor!
*All profits from events fundraise for Partisan. They currently support re-opening in the new, soon to be wheelchair accessible, space. Help us us continue to give free space to community groups, activist groups, and small charities by coming down to our events!*
Tickets: pay by donation on the door!
Partisan Accessibility Statement
Partisan has an accessible toilet and we have been granted planning permission to construct a ramp at the entrance of the space, which we aim to have completed by the start of October. Whilst we are waiting for the ramp works to be completed a temporary access ramp can be used that is suitable for manual wheelchair users.
Partisan aims to be a safer space. As such, harmful and discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated. As a cooperative, Partisan is democratically owned by its members, and is shaped by everybody through what we say and what we do. If you are challenged or feel threatened, speak to someone wearing a Partisan t-shirt; they are there to help.

Important things to note!
We are aware that many people are still vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19 and feel unsafe with the governments approach to easing restrictions. We want people to feel safe at this event, so we are asking that ticket holders take a PCR or lateral flow test up to 48 hours before the event. You must provide proof of one of the following to gain entry to the event;
-a negative PCR test
-a negative Lateral Flow test
-proof of double vaccination.
Please show this on your phone at the door, and make sure that the test is no more than 48 hours old, otherwise you will not be permitted entry.
Keep it safe & sexy!
Our new space is a lot smaller than our old home. This means we have a very limited capacity for our events. Come down early to avoid disappointment.
