- Communication Skills
The focus of communications skills in FNP is to enable clients to feel heard and understood so that they can be supported to make the changes they want and need to make as they become parents for the first time. These skills are based on the theory and practice of motivational interviewing which some of the delegates may well already be familiar with. This is a full day workshop.
- Engaging Marginalised Clients
The engaging marginalised clients learning package will explore what this means and how internal and external barriers impact on effective engagement. The delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on ways of increasing and sustaining engagement with clients they work with. This is a full day workshop.
