Embossed Pewter notebook- A short workshop for absolute beginners
Come and join this beginner class to learn the basics of pewter embossing. There is no drawing experience required as stencils and traceable pictures will be provided. I will take you through the process from a piece of sheet metal to the finished product.
Pewter is a pliable, radiant, silvery metal that is easy to engrave or emboss with basic hand-held tools, to create raised designs. The metal is then oxidized to create an aged apperance. The pewter will then be used to cover a notebook and a pen.
Refreshments will be provided.
