Early Pregnancy Yoga and Functional Movement
Early Pregnancy Yoga and Functional Movement allows you to release from the stress and worry of the first trimester. Knowing you are in a safe environment to move effectively and specifically for your body to help prepare for the next phase of growth, development and change. Moving through adapted yoga and movement that reflects daily life, we strengthen, release and lengthen. This combination will boost your body’s ability to support your pregnancy, helping to prevent the common aches and pains associated with second trimester. Feeling safe allows you to relax and move forward confidently and excited.
Each 90 minute class includes relevant adapted movement, time to chat and create friendships and of course time to relax. Along with nutritional recommendations, advice on exercise and birth education, this is a beautifully balanced class to guide you through this middle trimester.
