Coach Tee Cee's Salsa-Fit, the "Dance-A-Licious fitness therapy" is a great way to get into shape and stay fit, because as you dance your body is constantly moving in various ways, engaging multiple muscle groups, and above all, it’s fun, meaning it doesn't feel like a chore. NO PARTNER NEEDED. This class is a solo dance format providing the Salsa fundamentals to further explore freestyle dancing.
Salsa suelta ("loose salsa”), is a form of dancing to salsa music. Though the term technically describes any instance of salsa being danced without touching a partner. This is seen during partner dancing, where each person does his or her own solo dance; also known as “shines”.
Stage 1) Intro 1 x 120-minute group workshop.
Stage 2) Newbie 1 x 90-minute group workshop.
Stage 3) Beginner-Plus 1 x 90-minute group workshop.
You are welcome to repeat stages, but not skip them.

The Steve Biko Saturday School is the longest running independent and non-funded Saturday school in Britain. It offers help with homework plus mentoring with numeracy and literacy in a fun way. Children are given opportunities to express themselves, share their skills and abilities and develop their talents.
Precious Hands from Ruby-Jo is a family run charity providing free hand casting kits to families with terminally ill children to capture a 3D forever cast of their hands.Their mission is to provide hospices and hospitals across the UK with hand casting kits for terminally ill children and still born babies. The kits they provide are all paid for via kind donations and sponsorship.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Venue has street parking and served be frequent buses off the main road adjacent to the venue.
What can I bring into the event?
It is advised that participants bring along their own water bottles/soft drinks. Plus any medication that you would take "just in case" when you are attending a fitness related event. Inhales are an example. If in doubt, just reach out.
