Learn how you can focus towards a calmer state of mind by integrating psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness techniques. In this interactive workshop you will look at how your mind works using psychotherapy tools. You will learn effective ways to deal with stressful reactions/anger/anxiety/panic and understand how to self-regulate your mental and emotional health. You will learn breathing meditation techniques/pranayama that create balance and calm. You will be supported to experience nourishing and deep relaxation techniques in restorative yoga. You will learn simple practical exercises that you can take away to do at home and/or at work to bring you back to a sense of wellbeing and calm. You do not need any experience, all that we ask is that you bring a blanket/yoga mat and a cushion.

Greta Pattison. Greta has been working as a psychotherapist, trainer and yoga teacher for over 20 years. She has held senior therapist status for the past 10 years and has over 10 years of experience working as a manager and leader. Her early career was as a contemporary dance performer and teacher.
Her workshops are founded on an integrated fusion of effective tools to improve mental health and wellbeing, drawing on techniques and philosophies from psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness.
