Broadening Horizons – A Song for Health

Join Chris Bartram and Nicola Gill to discover more about this research and how the arts can improve your own health and wellbeing. Hear Nicola outline the evidence. Experience the benefits for yourself in an informal, relaxing singing session led by Chris in the beautiful acoustic of the NCEM.
Members of Cuppa & Chorus, a York singing for health project will be at the workshop to share their experiences of singing in the group.
This session is open to everyone; you don’t need to be able to sing, consider yourself musical, or have an interest in the arts. We just ask that you are curious to broaden your horizons and find out more.
This is a free event – advanced booking advised. Refreshments provided.
