Breath & body yoga course
In these classes we explore our bodies in movement & breath. Using a sequence which will evolve week by week, building knowledge of mudra and bandha also.
The time is taken to listen to how each person is feeling that week, and you will learn how to adapt your practice according to the natural, cyclical nature of your own self.
Classes are 75 minutes, each class ends with a 20 minute yoga nidra (yogic sleep) where the invitation is to rest.
All mats and equipment are provided. We usually finish together with herbal tea and dark chocolate.
The theme for our next 5 weeks will working with the seasonal shift to spring and summer.
