Our all-day Bread Workshop is your chance to learn how to make serious bread. It's a hands-on, in-depth and powerful baking class. In our brand new school space, you'll make four incredible loaves of bread from scratch, including our house sour, a 100% rye and a focaccia. We'll teach you all about sourdough and yeast, breaking down the process, debunking the myths and equipping you with a strong foundation in bread skills. We'll also give you some of our own sourdough starter and instructions on how to maintain it.
All day courses come with a goody bag filled with a banneton, dough scraper, recipe pack and more. We'll serve you a ridiculously delicious lunch with beer from our neighbours at
