Body + Story (4 week online theatre course)
Designed to have fun and connect with others wherever you may be, this course will explore how the body tells stories through gesture, rhythm and the possibilities hidden in restricted spaces. During these 4 weekly sessions, you will be encouraged to work with others (using zoom as an online platform) in a supportive and friendly environment.
You don’t need any experience in movement or dance to take part, just a willingness to join in and share ideas. The workshop includes movement, improvisation and storytelling. Seasoned actors/performers, writers, musicians and movers are welcome, we love and encourage a mix.
Although this is a digital course, spaces are limited. The group will be small so we can really connect with each other. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We have significantly reduced the price due to the impact of COVID-19.
You will need access to Zoom (www.zoom.us), and internet connection. We'll be in touch ahead of the event by email, with a link and more information.
Dates: 3 June – 24 June
