Beginner's Yoga Course
Our Beginner's Yoga Course is a 6 week course for people who have never done Yoga before and want to learn the basics.
It is great for beginner's because they can then apply this knowledge to what they learn in all other classes.
It is also suitable for improvers and even advanced because going back to basics can inspire better movement and deeper understanding.
It is a set program so we know what the beginners are learning and can refer back to it in class if necessary. It covers all aspects of Yoga, posture and movement.
