Balance & Bloom Yoga for Pregnancy
Balance & Bloom are delighted to announce weekly pregnancy yoga sessions.
These 1 hour sessions incorporate yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and much needed relaxation techniques for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Research suggests that practising yoga regularly during pregnancy can have many benefits for women and their babies. These include;
⭐️ improve sleep
⭐️ reduce stress and anxiety
⭐️ increase the strength and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
⭐️ promote rest and relaxation
⭐️ improve postural changes (kyphosis) associated with pregnancy
⭐️ encourage optimal foetal positioning for birth
These sessions are delivered by Leanne, a qualified healthcare professional, Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher, FEDANT (Federation of Antenatal Educators) accredited Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher and Rainbow Yoga Children and Families Yoga Teacher.

Cost of the session is £7 and is payable upon booking. Class pass options are also available.
