What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is ample parking at the venue
What do I wear to an Athena meeting?
Please dress for a business meeting to represent your profession. We say "smart casual", but the best guidance is to dress to represent your profession appropriately. The important thing is that you are comfortable.
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring business cards showing the business you are representing.

What's the refund policy?
We operate a one-profession-per-group policy. If a booking is taken from a lady with a profession already represented in the group, we will refund the ticket. Other attendees can receive refunds up to 3 days before the event start date/time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not necessary, but it may be helpful.
