Ashtanga is a traditional yoga practice which focuses on the relationship between breath awareness and a series of postures, created with the aim to steady the mind and purify the body.
Ashtanga Yoga, is not only a focused meditative practice, but also a fun and dynamic practice, welcoming to all students (beginners welcome!). In this led class students will start by learning the series of postures, at a pace that they feel comfortable with, while being supported and adjusted by the teacher.
