ASD / ADHD Siblings Group - ages 12-18 years
Do you have a child / young person with a diagnosis or awaiting assessment for ASD and/or ADHD?
Do they have a sibling(s) aged 12-18 years that would benefit from some support?
The ASD/ADHD Siblings group will give them:
Opportunity to meet other young people in a similar situation
Chance to learn more about ASD and ADHD, as well as how they can interact and play with their brother or sister
Time for themselves, to have fun and make new friends
Refreshments will be provided
Please note - Transport to & from the sessions is not provided, therefore parent/carers must transport the siblings to and from each session or they must be able to travel independently to and from each session:
8th April 2020 - starts 9.30am - finishes 12.30pm. Drop off & pick up from Castleford Civic Centre
15th April 2020 - starts 9.30am at Castleford Civic Centre, then we will transport the siblings to XSCAPE for a bowling session, therefore the pick up point at 3.30pm will be XSCAPE
The young person needs to attend both dates above, however parents are not required to stay with them.
We will contact you nearer the date of the event to collect more information such as consent, medical information, emergency contacts etc.
