6 Week Beginner's Yoga Course
Our yoga studio is set in a shipping container in Pollard Yard in the heart of Anocats. We are running a 6 week yoga course for beginners aimed at helping you build the foundations of your practise. This is designed for complete beginners of those who have little experience of doing yoga. The course will run every Wednesday from the 11th of March for 6 weeks at 6:15pm for 1 hour.
During the 6 weeks, we will develop our practise, learning fundamental yoga positions as well as understanding the foundations of yoga. Once the course has been completed, you should feel comfortable attended most yoga classes, have improved flexibility and mental clarity.
